Welcome to Nurtured Holistics! I'm Jess, a Holistic Reproductive Practitioner.
With my background in social service work, I have over 10 years experience in nurturing individuals and families. I now get to continue nurturing in different ways.

I specialize in a trio of transformative practices: Reflexology, Reiki, and Doula support.
As a certified reflexologist, both hand and foot reflexology promotes relaxation and balance by stimulating the body's natural healing mechanisms. In the realm of energy healing, reiki is a gentle yet powerful practice that harmonizes and revitalizes your energy centers.
But my journey with you doesn't end there. As a Doula, I offer unwavering support for families navigating the incredible journey of fertility, loss, pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. It's a privilege to stand by your side, providing holistic care that encompasses the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.

Services
Reflexology
Reflexology is a focused pressure technique applied on the feet and/or hands. Pressure applied to points and areas on the feet and hands correspond or are relative to other areas of the body to promote healing, reduce stress and encourage relaxation.
Reiki
In a Reiki session, a practitioner uses their hands to channel this life energy to the recipient. The idea is that this energy flows through the practitioner's hands into the body of the person receiving the treatment, promoting relaxation and healing.
Doula
A doula is a trained professional who provides emotional, physical, and informational support to individuals before, during, and after childbirth. They offer continuous support to the birthing person and their partner, focusing on comfort, encouragement, and advocacy.
