Reiki
Benefits
Reiki helps aid in healing of skin ailments, cuts, bruises, broken bones, headaches, colds, flu, sore throat, sun burn, fatigue, insomnia and impotence. As well as energetic, mental and emotional blocks.

Proponents of Reiki claim that it can help reduce stress, promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and support the body's natural healing processes.
Reiki Healing
Reiki is a form of alternative therapy that originated in Japan. The word "Reiki" is a combination of two Japanese words: "rei," which means universal, and "ki," which means life energy or vital force. Reiki is often described as a "spiritually guided life force energy."

In a Reiki session, a practitioner uses their hands to channel this life energy to the recipient. The idea is that this energy flows through the practitioner's hands into the body of the person receiving the treatment, promoting relaxation and healing. The recipient typically lies down fully clothed while the Reiki practitioner places their hands lightly on or near various parts of the body.

Reiki is based on the belief that a balanced flow of life energy is essential for physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It is important to note that while many people find Reiki beneficial for relaxation and well-being, scientific evidence on its efficacy is limited, and it is considered a complementary or alternative therapy.

Fertility & Maternity Reiki

Reiki is often used as a complementary therapy to support fertility and maternity by promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and balancing energy. Integrating Reiki into a broader wellness plan, alongside conventional medical care, can provide a more comprehensive approach to fertility and maternity support.
