Milk & Mama Circle

Join us for the Milk & Mama Circle, a warm and welcoming breastfeeding support group designed for breastfeeding and pumping moms, as well as expectant parents preparing for their feeding journey. This relaxed, community-focused gathering offers a safe space to ask questions, share experiences, connect with other parents, and receive guidance and support from a trained doula.

Whether you're navigating latch and positioning, pumping, milk supply concerns, or simply looking for reassurance and connection, you're welcome here. Each session is shaped by the needs of the group and may include open discussion, Q&A, shared experiences, and hands-on support when appropriate.

Babies are welcome, and no question is too small. Our goal is to help you leave feeling more confident, supported, and less alone in your feeding journey while building connections with others who understand exactly what you're going through.
