About the event
This hands-on comfort measures workshop teaches practical labour support tools to help pregnant people and their partners feel confident and prepared for labour and birth. Participants will learn movement, positioning, touch, breathwork, and supportive techniques they can practice together and use during labour to reduce fear and build confidence.
