Songs & Soles is a relaxed parent-and-child reflexology workshop that combines gentle reflexology techniques with familiar songs to support calm, comfort, and connection. The first half offers guided learning you can use at home, followed by time to connect, ask questions, and build community with other families in a supportive space.
